Fruit and Vegetable Carving @ the Manila Grand Opera Hotel

August 13, 2011 -The HRM students of Trinity University of Asia had their seminar in Fruit and vegetable carving at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel spearheaded by their professor Mr. Stephen Rivera. Chef San was the guest speaker and chef instructor. He is a full blooded Thomasian. He has been in the hotel industry for 10 1/2 years. He taught in various universities in Manila. He conducted seminars for fruit and vegetable carving.

A once and a life time...life long learning experience!
