Creative Fruit And Vegetable Carving Seminar Workshop Trinitity University Of Asia @ its 2nd year

Manila Grande Opera Hotel - March 11, 2012 marked the 2nd year Seminar Workshop activity of Trinity University of Asia, Hotel and Restuarant Department. The 1st year students of the HRM department under the supervision of Sir Stephen participated at the said activity. The half-day seminar workshop is facilitated by Chef Ramoncito Jose M. San. Different fruit and vegetable carving techniques was taught by Chef San. And the students were told to do creative fruit and vegetable carving masterpieces. The students were grouped according to table. The champion for the best fruit and vegetable masterpiece is given an overnight stay at the Manila Grande Opera Hotel and citation.:)
